Skilled Migration

This programme, also known as the General Skilled Migration programme, is for people who are not sponsored by an employer and who have skills in particular occupations required in Australia.

Employer Sponsored Migration

This is the most commonly used program for employers to sponsor overseas workers to work in Australia on a temporary basis.

Partner Migration

Partners and fiancés of Australian citizens, Australian permanent residents or eligible New Zealand citizens may apply to enter and/or remain permanently in Australia.

Student Migration

This option is for people wishing to undertake various level educational studies in Australia.

This allows for different visa options for business people wishing to either undertake a business trip to australia to determine whether they may be interested in setting up or buying into existing businesses.

Our principal lawyer has over 15 years of legal practice experience including over 8 years in Australian Immigration Law, Practice & Procedure.

Adewale Oladejo holds a Bachelor of Laws, LLB (Honours) degree and has also completed Master of Public International Law at the University of Melbourne in 1999. He subsequently attended the College of Law, Sydney for his practical legal training and has been an Australian lawyer following his admission as a Legal Practitioner of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2002.

He has since practised law in Melbourne. Prior to becoming the principal at Visatec Legal, his Immigration legal career included some 6 years experience working variously in a specialist Immigration Law Firm as well as obtaining position as the senior lawyer / migration agent with a large non-profit migrant resource centre, both in Melbourne. He is also registered as a migration agent with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA), MARN: 0316370

Experience is extensive with mostly successful outcomes and touches on key areas of Immigration practice including General skilled migration, Employer sponsorships, Partner and Family visas as well as Student and citizenship matters.

His vast experience in Department of Immigration (DIAC) applications, Migration Review Tribunal (MRT) matters and Judicial Appeals coupled with hard work and an abiding committment to client-focused representation ensures you get the best possible advice at all times with your Immigration and Visa issues.
