Skilled Migration

This programme, also known as the General Skilled Migration programme, is for people who are not sponsored by an employer and who have skills in particular occupations required in Australia.

Pre-Application Preparation

Every visa category has specific legal requirements that need to be fulfilled before a valid application can be made. Detailed Submission & Lodgement

VISATEC Australia will not only advise of the relevant skilled occupation or sponsorship that may be required. It will also prepare any necessary submission to the relevant bodies such assessing authorities, State or Territory Governments or Employers. This will ensure that all the necessary conditions are fulfilled before undertaking the lodgement of your application to the DIAC.

Lodgement & Monitoring Up Till Decision

VISATEC Australia will review all the material provided by you to check that they conform to the legal criteria specified for the grant of the visa; and prepare and lodge your Visa Application with the Australian Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC).

Your application will be closely monitored to ensure that it is being processed in a timely manner. Further requisitions from the Department will be answered or information provided as and when necessary. Monitoring continues until a decision on your specific case is made by DIAC. You will be advised as to any condition imposed on your visa in order to ensure that you abide by the conditions, if any, imposed on the visa.

Post-decision services as may be necessary including information on Settlement, Resident Return Visa OR Australian Citizenship may also be provided as required.

Some applicants may need to prepare for possible DIAC interview and respond to certain legal notices from the DIAC. VISATEC Australia is able to provide the following services:

Some applicants may need only a limited Immigration Service. VISATEC’s Limited Professional Service will deliver the following:

Tailored advice regarding the legal requirements that need be satisfied or addressed to maximise the best possible outcome.
Documents vetting to ensure that required documentation accompany the application.

Our Services - Email Consultation

Our email consultation has been designed to assist in the delivery of a tailored and personalised professional advice.

It is noted that shifting through the maze of information about immigration eligibility may be time - consuming and generic in nature.

You will be provided a tailored email response to your generic or eligibility question (s)
within 3 business days. This service will give you the following:

Please note that if you proceed to engage VISATEC Australia for a substantive application for an Australian visa, then the above amount will be deductible from the professional fees otherwise payable.

Our Services - Telephone Consultation

The Telephone Consultation service from VISATEC Australia enables you to contact our office and talk one of our Australian Migration Solicitors.

By having a telephone consultation, you will be able to thoroughly understand the visa requirements and to discuss any concerns you have about the general migration process.

As the migration process can often be complicated, it is strongly recommended that you speak to a professional Migration Agent. They will ensure you understand your obligations under any particular visa category and give you advice to improve your chances of success in migrating to Australia.

up to an hour for A$105.00

If you wish to purchase a Telephone Consultation with our migration solicitor, you must make a booking through the Member's Area at least 2 working days in advance of your desired consultation time. Once your request and payment are received, we will send you confirmation of the booking, also via the Member's Area.
