The Immigration Department refused the case due to not believing the evidence of the relationship submitted originally.

We appealed this case to the Tribunal (AAT) and worked assiduously with the client (and his wife overseas).

The AAT  (Tribunal Member) accepted our arguments, submissions and pleadings. The case is remitted back to the Department with a direction that our client has met all the requirements relating to genuineness. 
 
Case succeeded pending final visa approval by the Department of Immigration.
